Totally Automated Process
 
No manual steps required. Transactions identified through the context of PNRs and accounting interface messages are logged to the AL*FeeBase database, as are those that are identified by special remark lines.
 
 
Monitors ALL transaction-based activity
 
Keeps tabs on the number and types of transactions that occur for specified clients or categories of clients.
 
 
Automatic Billing
 
Billing to the client's credit card (individual, ghost, third-party) occurs automatically based on criteria that you set up for that customer or customer type. Billing can occur on a per-ticket, per-pnr, or period basis (i.e. weekly, monthly, etc.). As an alternative, billing may occur to an A/R account.
 
 
Automatic backoffice record generation
 
Creates a backoffice interface message for each transaction. Optionally, single summary transactions can be generated to the backoffice for "groups" of transactions.
