Again, this week brings yet another change in the travel industry. Forgetting the fact that the airlines are expected to see losses in the billions (that's with a "B"), agents were hit with another blow. Cuts of commission rates continue their trek towards zero. Getting hit especially hard are the agents that haven't yet put into their plans a fee-based solution for the services they perform. More on this later.
